The present Program Ark Russia is developed by Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev for Fund of Assistance to the National and Religious Consent of Princes. The program is devoted to transformation of Russia into the Ark of rescue for all its peoples during possible world cataclysm during 2010-2012. The program Ark Russia becomes one of the basic programs of Fund Princes. The overall objective of the program to prepare the state structures, executive authority, religious institutes, the population of Russia for a survival during accident. We should pass the complex period of a history of a planet together. Anything is not predetermined yet whom to live and to whom to die. In fact who is warned, that is armed. However to neglect a situation it is not obviously possible, as unavailability of the state and a society will lead to incalculable victims among the population and to full loss of controllability of Russia. 05.07.2009-26.07.2009.

I totally agree... Can we get something started in the southern central part of America? I feel like New Mexico would be a good spot to create a project like this... 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Thanks for your letter. I believe, that as a result of Over-Kiel of the Earth of coast of Northern America will be washed off by a tsunami, California will be lowered on a bottom of ocean, and the South Pole of the Earth begins in area of island Elomir.
Thus, the cataclysm will lead practically to to utter annihilation the USA. Northern America in some years becomes new Arctida, that is will turn to Arctic regions.
How you can live in a southern central part of America if there there are no woods, stocks of natural fuel and polar fauna?
You future is sad.

Privyet...Ya peloha gibaru por rusky... What shall we do? Can some kind of submergable boat be built as a rescue shelter/getaway? Do we have to move to Russia? If so how much time do we have until we have to re-locate? Do you find this valuable?

It is known, that the most part of resources of a planet consumes, so-called Gold billion mankind is the population and economy the USA, the Western Europe and Japan. We shall notice, that this process proceeds here already more than 150 years and prompt rates accrues from a year in a year. We shall consider how these factors on isostatic balance of a planet influence.

The god chooses nobody for resettlement, it sends to the world of Prophets from our Sort of Russ who speaks people, that by him to do. However they do not want to listen. Having ears yes will hear!
Therefore those who will listen to advice, it will be rescued. Sinners and spoiled people at all will not want Prophets to listen. Here they will play with the life in a roulette. Most likely, they will die. But also a few bad people remain after Over-Kiel. The life and statistics is those.
